What do gnats actually see while moving so fast in spirals and zig zags. Do they breathe? Do they worry?

I cannot stay on one thought at a time because there’s so much outside my sphere of control to manage. The economy. Immigration. Pending or current oligarchical hierarchy in the US. Climate change. Mass extinctions. Mass murder. Masses in poverty, struggling, starving. Catholic Mass – religion is supposed to be helpful, but is it just mind numbing drivel keeping the powerful up there while we hum and pray?
