Getting all of our ducks in a row. Chickens and ducks, I mean. Before any audition it’s important to let your artists know what your expectations are. In this case I told them we’ll be workshopping the musical. I’ll want to select the most creative, most able to improvise, and most willing to collaborate with their colleagues. For today they’re rehearsing individually. They’re so supportive and encouraging of each other!
